Been a busy few months since we got back from Zamboanga City, and what’s been keeping me busy are these lovely baked goodies…

I’ve been trying different recipes and basically just starting a home bakeshop. I love baking, and it’s something I know I could do even 30 years from now. And I’m so happy that with a small oven and some supplies from Quiapo, Landmark and SM, I am slowly building my own business.

So far, my bestsellers are these wonderfully moist and yummy pineapple carrot cupcakes topped with rich but not too sweet cream cheese frosting:

Still working on a few more recipes, and hoping to be able to get more orders in the next few months.
